Bibra Lake Runningworks Festival

Bibra Lake is set to host the Bibra Lake Runningworks Festival on July 11, 2027, offering runners of all levels an exciting day out. Situated in Perth's scenic surroundings, this location boasts fast and flat tarmac paths that are ideal for racing.
The festival features a variety of distances designed to cater to different preferences: the marathon (42.2km), half-marathon (21.1km), 12k run, and a family-friendly 6k lap course. Each route is internationally certified by IAAF & AIMS standards, ensuring accuracy in distance measurement.
Race day starts early with runners lining up for their respective events; the marathon kicks off at 8:00 AM followed closely by the half-marathon at 8:05 AM. The shorter distances begin at 9:00 AM, providing a more relaxed atmosphere and allowing family members to cheer on participants from start to finish.
Participants can expect a supportive environment with friends and loved ones cheering them along the way. For those competing in the marathon or half-marathon categories, crossing the finish line comes with a well-deserved medal as recognition of their achievement. Additionally, top male and female runners receive special prizes and medals for first through third place finishes.
While there are no refunds available for this event, participants have options to transfer their registration to another runner at no cost or opt for an administration fee to move their entry into the 2028 Canning River Runningworks Festival.
