Left Bank Triathlon

On November 22, 2026, Fremantle Triathlon Club invites triathletes and cycling enthusiasts to participate in the Left Bank Triathlon as part of the P3 Recovery Freo Tri Series. The event offers a variety of challenges for athletes at different levels.
The Sprint distance features a demanding yet manageable course with a swim segment covering 750 meters, followed by an exhilarating bike ride over 19 kilometers, and concluding with a 5-kilometer run through scenic coastal paths. For those looking to ease into the sport or enjoy a more relaxed experience, the Fun category offers a shorter but equally engaging route: a 300-meter swim, a 9.5-kilometer bike ride, and a final leg of 2.5 kilometers on foot.
The Aqua Bike event is ideal for cyclists who also want to test their swimming skills without the running component. Participants will tackle the same 750-meter swim as in the Sprint distance before embarking on the full-length 19-kilometer bike ride, allowing them to focus solely on cycling prowess and endurance.
For teams looking to collaborate and compete together, there's a team sprint option with each member completing their respective segments: starting with a solo 750-meter swim followed by an intense 19-kilometer bike leg before handing over to the next teammate for a concluding 5-kilometer run. This event not only tests individual skills but also teamwork and coordination.
The Left Bank Triathlon promises a day filled with camaraderie, competition, and breathtaking views of Fremantle's coastline as participants navigate through this challenging yet rewarding course. Whether you're an experienced triathlete or just starting out, there’s something for everyone at the Left Bank Triathlon on November 22, 2026.
