2026 AGM & Presentation Night
About the event
On Saturday, November 7th, the club invites all members and their families to join us for an afternoon filled with fun activities. The day kicks off at our clubhouse, where everyone is welcome to ride on the track until 5 PM.
From 4:00 PM onwards, kids can enjoy bouncing around in a bouncy castle while the DJ provides lively music for everyone to dance and unwind. As evening approaches, dinner will be served starting from 6:00 PM. The night continues with end-of-season presentations at 6:30 PM, honoring our riders' achievements and recognizing those behind-the-scenes legends who make it all possible.
The club bar remains open throughout the event for guests to socialize and enjoy themselves well into the evening. We are organizing catering for this special occasion, offering a family-friendly dinner experience for $20 per person or $60 per family. Please RSVP by November 4th and purchase your tickets in advance so we can ensure proper catering arrangements.
Join us at our clubhouse on Saturday, November 7th, for an unforgettable evening of celebration and community spirit!
