About the Event

The Spinifex Sheds Multisport Series returns for its second installment of the 2026/27 season with an exciting Twilight Triathlon on November 14, 2026. This race is part two of a four-part series that culminates in April's Aquathlon.
Participants can look forward to a unique and memorable experience as they begin their journey late in the afternoon. The event features Olympic, sprint, enticer, and mini courses for both male and female competitors. As the sun sets, athletes will dive into the swim leg followed by an exhilarating bike ride under twilight skies before running through darkness illuminated only by glow sticks.
Adding to the festive atmosphere is a DJ who keeps energy levels high with pulsing beats throughout the event. Upon crossing the finish line, participants are greeted not just with cheers but also with their well-deserved Finisher Medal and recognition for placing in each category. The top three male and female athletes will receive special medals on this occasion.
This twilight race is designed to be a celebration of multisport camaraderie and endurance under unique lighting conditions, making it an event that stands out among the triathlon calendar.
The Spinifex Sheds Multisport Series continues its momentum with subsequent races scheduled for January 24th, leading up to the final Aquathlon in April.
