On December 12, 2026, Hyperion Connect and Jump Session 56 are teaming up to offer an exclusive day of trail running technique training and mental preparation. This unique experience is designed for athletes looking to refine their skills under the guidance of health professionals and specialized coaches.
The event kicks off at 9:00 AM with a warm welcome over coffee and breakfast, setting a comfortable tone for the morning's activities. From there, participants will engage in informative sessions led by Axel Daridor, a sports physiotherapist specializing in running techniques, and Anne-Julie Briend, an expert mental trainer who helps athletes develop strategies to enhance their performance.
The highlight of the day is a trampoline workout session from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM. This innovative approach uses trampolines for physical training that benefits trail runners by strengthening key muscle groups and improving agility, balance, and coordination. The session will be led by Victor Giri, an experienced sports educator.
After a brief break with snacks at 11:45 AM, lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for participants who have reserved their meal in advance. This communal dining experience fosters camaraderie among athletes and provides an opportunity to discuss the morning's activities.
The afternoon session begins with a trail running workshop led by Axel Daridor and Christophe Le Brun, both sports physiotherapists and coaches known for their expertise in enhancing athletic performance through precise technique training. The outdoor session runs from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM, allowing participants to apply the morning's learnings on actual terrain.
The day concludes with a refreshment break at 4:30 PM followed by closing remarks and final thoughts for continued development beyond this event.
Throughout the day, mental preparation exercises will be integrated into various activities. These sessions aim to provide athletes with comprehensive training that addresses both physical fitness and psychological resilience, ensuring they are well-rounded in their approach to trail running.
