Swim - Preese Hall (14/12)

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Preese Hall Farm for an unforgettable open-water swimming session. Set against the tranquil backdrop of rural Fylde, this picturesque venue offers a safe and inviting environment for swimmers to enjoy its chest-deep waters. The lake's shallow left bank contrasts with slightly deeper areas on the far right, ensuring a varied yet manageable swim experience.
Wetsuits are optional here, but tow floats are compulsory; bright-colored hats enhance visibility in winter conditions. After your swim, warm up by the log burner in the cozy gun room next to the toilets, perfect for chilly mornings. For those seeking post-swim refreshments and conversation, Woody’s Café at Koi Pool Water Gardens is a popular spot just minutes away.
Facilities include changing options at your vehicle or within designated areas like the gun room. Tow floats are provided if needed, along with safety supervision to ensure all participants have a secure experience. Preese Hall Farm's private setting requires entering through secured gates; detailed instructions will be available for easy access.
Reach this serene spot by car via clear directions from both Lytham and Wyre or catch the 76 Blackpool–St Annes bus, though note that it involves an additional walk to reach the venue. For more information and updates, follow Attitude Swim Coaching on Facebook and Instagram.
