PR RunFit - Winter

Whether you are just getting started or looking to get fitter, faster or stronger, PR RunFit will will meet you where you are and challenge you. This is more than a running program - you’ll do uptempo running efforts including intervals, fartleks, and more, but each day will also support a stronger, fitter you — with additional non-running activities to mix it up and help you work on core and body weight strength and balance, flexibility, run technique, and more.

You’ll enjoy training with a crew that keeps you enthusiastic and accountable under the guidance of a coach to motivate and guide you. Build community with your peers as you support each other on your fitness journeys.

New and experienced athletes are all welcome! This program is great for walkers looking to start adding some running, and for runners looking to challenge themselves. You'll set a goal and go after it. Register again and set a new goal!

Locations:  Ashburn, Burke, Vienna (offered 1 evenings/week most weeks during this winter session (2x/week spring, summer and fall), with adjustments for holidays and occasional outside events). Join any time during the course of the training block and we'll welcome you right in!
