Bush Babes Triple Crown Race Series

The Bush Babes Triple Crown Series invites runners to embark on an epic summer journey through British Columbia’s stunning landscapes. This series offers five distinct challenges, each designed for different levels of experience and ambition: The Hatchling Crown, The Phoenix Crown, The Ember Crown, The Dragon Spine Crown, and the formidable Backyard Beast.
The first leg of this adventure is Slay the Dragon on June 26th in Silver Star Mountain. This scenic trail race features a variety of distances to suit all runners, from beginners looking for a taste of competition with the 13K option to seasoned ultrarunners tackling the demanding 50K route.
Participants will then face Brokenagan’s unique Backyard Ultra format or endurance run later in July and conclude their journey at Freaky Creeky in Coldstream in September. Each event offers its own set of challenges, from technical trails with steep climbs to long-distance runs that test both physical stamina and mental fortitude.
Runners who register for the Triple Crown Challenge early can save 10% on registration fees and earn exclusive bragging rights within their trail running community. The series promises a blend of breathtaking scenery, diverse terrain, and camaraderie among participants as they chase their personal bests across three iconic races in one summer season.
