2026 Mo Miler | Mile and 5k

Participants can choose from four distinct race options:
- Race + Brunch: Enjoy a timed 1-mile or 5K race followed by a breakfast buffet at Stanley Park Pavilion, complete with finisher souvenirs, access to the post-race party, and opportunities to win prizes. This package is designed for those who want an extra special experience.
- Double the Run: Opt for both the mile and 5K races in one day. Receive timed results for each distance along with a snack bar at the finish line, a souvenir token of appreciation, and entry into a random draw prize pool.
- 1 Mile Only Race: For those looking to challenge themselves over shorter distances, this option offers a timed 1-mile race complete with post-race snacks and water, as well as an opportunity for prizes through a raffle drawing.
- 5K Only Race: This option provides runners the chance to tackle a full 5 kilometers in a timed event. Finishers will receive souvenirs, refreshments at the finish line, and can participate in prize draws.
All race courses are set within Stanley Park's scenic trails, offering breathtaking views of Vancouver’s natural beauty while raising awareness for men's health issues. The post-race party includes live entertainment, fun activities, and a chance to connect with fellow runners and supporters.
