SilkeborgMTB/Gravel 2027

Experience the beauty of Danish terrain and cycling culture at Silkeborg MTB/Gravel 2027, set to take place on March 21, 2027. Nestled in Denmark's picturesque Søhøjlandet region, this event offers a unique blend of scenic landscapes and challenging routes through some of the country’s most stunning forests.
The race starts at Silkeborg Trailcenter, located at Vejlsøvej 9, where participants will embark on meticulously planned courses designed to showcase the area's diverse natural beauty. For mountain bikers, there are three options: a 25 km route through Vesterskoven between Virklund and Almind Lake; an extended 50 km course that combines elements of both shorter routes; and a challenging 75 km journey that revisits popular trails after last year's hiatus.
Gravel enthusiasts can choose from two courses, each offering sweeping vistas and varied terrain. The 50 km route features extensive gravel sections (about 70%), while the more demanding 90 km option adds an additional loop through Gludsted Plantage, with a majority of its length on grueling but breathtaking gravel paths.
Both MTB and gravel routes are peppered with energy stations providing essential supplies to keep riders fueled throughout their journey. The race's relaxed atmosphere fosters camaraderie among participants as they navigate the region’s lush forests and serene lakes.
Silkeborg Trailcenter serves not only as a starting point but also offers convenient amenities before, during, and after the event, ensuring a comfortable experience for all cyclists. Join us on March 21, 2027, to immerse yourself in this unforgettable cycling adventure.
