November Midweek Mile and Dash

Spring into action at the third installment of our midweek mile and dash series! Designed exclusively for kids under 14, this free event offers young athletes an opportunity to shine on the track. Participants will sprint through a one-mile race followed by shorter sprints in the Track & Field zone.
The day is packed with fun activities, including meet-and-greets with Atlanta Track Club's elite athletes who are there to inspire and encourage budding runners. Parents can relax knowing their children are learning from top-notch coaches while they attend informative sessions on youth sports programs offered by the Atlanta Track Club. These sessions delve into how parents can support their kids' athletic development through structured training, nutrition advice, and more.
Join us for an afternoon of friendly competition, skill-building exercises, and community bonding at this exciting event.
