Cookridge Community 10K 2027

The 8th Cookridge Community 10K offers runners an engaging mix of terrain through picturesque Golden Acre Park on Sunday, May 16, 2027. Starting at the village scout hall on Pinfold Lane, participants will navigate a route that includes sections along Paul’s Pond and winding paths around a nature reserve. The course features a challenging grass hill halfway through, providing both scenic views and an uphill challenge. As runners loop back towards the finish line, they'll pass by the lake again before retracing their steps to cross the finish at the scout hall.
Participants should be prepared for potentially muddy sections following wet weather conditions but will receive a premium running shirt upon completion of this community-driven event.
The race promises an immersive experience with natural beauty and varied landscapes that highlight Cookridge's charming surroundings.
