Cookridge 1-mile Fun Run 2027

On May 16, 2027, the Cookridge Community Fun Run returns for its eighth edition as a vibrant celebration of community spirit and health awareness. This family-friendly event, starting at the Cookridge Village Scout Hall on Pinfold Lane, offers an out-and-back course that stretches exactly one mile.
Runners will begin their journey down Pinfold Lane before turning right toward Old Rushes Farm for the halfway point. Here, they'll make a u-turn and head back to the finish line at the scout hut where it all began. The event is open to participants of all ages, with adults encouraged to join younger children in this joyful community effort.
Proceeds from the race support Cancer Research UK and local charities, making each stride count towards meaningful causes. All entrants will receive a commemorative finisher's medal upon completion.
