Celebrate Easter with the Chasewater Reservoir Races, an annual event that brings together runners of all ages and skill levels. Organized by Nice Work, this festive gathering features several race distances to cater to different preferences: 20k, 15k, 10k, and a family-friendly 5k for adults looking for a shorter challenge. The highlight is the Junior race, designed specifically for young athletes with a distance of just 600 meters, encouraging children to embrace running in a supportive environment. The event takes place around Chasewater Reservoir, offering scenic views and varied terrain that make each step enjoyable. Participants are invited to enhance their experience by dressing up as beloved Easter characters; while this is optional, it adds an extra layer of fun for both runners and spectators alike. Families can join the festivities, cheering on young racers and creating cherished memories during a memorable holiday weekend. Whether you're looking to push your limits or simply enjoy a leisurely run with loved ones, Chasewater Reservoir Races promises a day filled with camaraderie, celebration, and scenic beauty. Join in for an experience that combines the joy of springtime with the thrill of competition.
