BCT - Black Country Triathletes Splash & Dash 2026

Spectators and athletes alike are invited to experience the dynamic Sprint Triathlon hosted by Black Country Triathletes at Wombourne/Ounsdale Leisure Centre. This exciting race is designed for both seasoned triathletes and newcomers, with a challenging yet accessible format.
The event kicks off early on the morning of registration day when gates open at 7am. Participants will have ample time to warm up before diving into the pool for an invigorating 400-meter swim in the leisure centre’s facility. Following the swim segment, athletes transition onto dry land where they face a scenic 5-kilometer run along a disused railway line that winds through Wombourne's picturesque countryside.
