CACTUS RUN 3ª EDIÇÃO

On December 6, 2026, the Cactus Run returns to Jaboatão dos Guararapes on the picturesque orla of Piedade for its third edition. The race begins at dawn with a gathering at Igrejinha de Piedade where runners are greeted by the tranquil sight of the ocean and the sleepy charm of the awakening city.
Cactus Run is not your typical mass event; it's designed to foster community and shared experiences, transforming Sunday mornings into memorable events rather than mere races. The atmosphere here is one of celebration and camaraderie, with activities that extend beyond just running. Participants can enjoy brand activations, recovery spaces for post-race care, live music, and more.
The race offers two distances: a 5 km route suitable for beginners or those looking to enjoy the scenic path at their own pace, and a 10 km option for runners seeking an extra challenge while still embracing the communal spirit. Both courses wind through Piedade's coastal setting, offering stunning views of the sea and the vibrant hues of sunrise.
Upon registration, participants receive a comprehensive kit including a high-quality event t-shirt, a unique medal, race number, professional photography coverage to capture their journey, and access to an engaging pre-race atmosphere with partner activations. The top three finishers in each gender category for both distances will also be awarded special prizes.
With limited spots available, Cactus Run aims to maintain the intimate feel that makes it so distinctive—where every runner feels valued rather than just another number in a crowd. This year's edition promises an unforgettable morning of movement and community along Piedade’s beautiful coastline.
Join us for this unique running experience where crossing the finish line is only part of what awaits on this special day.
