2ª CORRIDA DE LUTA CONTRA A AIDS 2026

On November 28, 2026, the Parque das Graças in Recife/PE will host the Second AIDS Awareness Race. Organized by Prado Produções, this pedestrian sports event aims to raise awareness and promote solidarity through athletic participation.
Participants can choose between a 6-kilometer run or a shorter 3-kilometer walk-run option, both starting at 5:30 AM from Parque das Graças on Rua Joaquim Nabuco. The race winds through the streets near the park, offering runners scenic views and an engaging urban course.
The event features hydration stations along the route and upon arrival, ensuring participants stay refreshed throughout their journey. After crossing the finish line, athletes will receive medals in a celebratory atmosphere complete with music for warming up before the start of the race.
Registration fees range from R$85 (valid until November 26th or while spots are available) and can be paid through various methods including credit card, bank transfer, PIX, or by issuing a bank slip. Participants must be at least 16 years old with parental consent as outlined in the event's regulations.
On race day, runners should arrive early to collect their pre-kits on November 26th or 27th from designated locations between 9 AM and 6 PM, bringing along one kilogram of non-perishable food for donation. This gesture supports local charities, adding a meaningful element to the event's mission.
The race promises an uplifting atmosphere with solid community support, making it more than just a run—it’s a day dedicated to raising awareness about HIV/AIDS while promoting health and unity among participants.
