The return of the Bourne Valley Half is set to be an exhilarating experience for runners this June. Though the original route from decades past has been reimagined, the new course promises stunning scenery through the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) north of Andover. The mostly road route winds through picturesque landscapes, offering a memorable run that won't disappoint.
For those seeking a shorter distance, a 10km option is also available, providing an equally scenic and enjoyable experience. Both races start at 10 am on June 6th, with participants having up to three and a half hours to complete the course.
Bourne Valley PYO offers ample facilities and parking for runners, ensuring ease of access and comfort before and after the race day. Every entry includes a £5 donation to the event's chosen charity, supporting important causes while enjoying the run.
All finishers will receive medals, with additional prizes awarded to the top three male and female competitors in both races. Onsite caterers provide refreshments throughout the day, catering to all dietary needs. Comprehensive medical support is also available for participants' safety and well-being.
