Baildon Boundary Way & Baildon Part-Way 2027

The Baildon Boundary Way presents an exhilarating trail running adventure through diverse landscapes, offering runners a unique blend of woodland trails, moorland expanses, and picturesque canal paths. The 10k route, newly introduced for the year 2027, provides participants with a taste of what lies ahead on the half marathon course.
Starting off with an energetic downhill section, runners will navigate through varied terrain including woodlands, tarmac roads, and scenic trails before heading back uphill to cross the finish line. Both routes are clearly marked and marshalled for safety and ease, ensuring that every participant can focus solely on their run.
Provisional GPX files detailing both the half marathon and 10k courses will be available at www.baildonrunners.co.uk/bbw, allowing runners to familiarize themselves with the route ahead of time. Water stations are strategically placed along each course to keep participants hydrated throughout the race day.
Upon completion of their run, athletes can look forward to a post-race celebration at the Rugby & Cricket Sports Club, which serves as Race HQ for this event. Here, they will find food and drinks available alongside an exciting prize-giving ceremony recognizing top performers in various categories.
A portion of all funds raised through registration fees goes towards supporting charitable causes, adding an extra layer of meaning to your participation.
Entries must be submitted by 15:00 on Saturday, April 1st, 2027, with no entries accepted on the day of the race itself. Race numbers will need to be collected from Race HQ upon arrival.
The event adheres strictly to UK Athletics Rules and is licensed by the Trail Running Association (TRA). Open to both EA-affiliated runners as well as non-members, this year’s Baildon Boundary Way promises an inclusive atmosphere for all participants looking to challenge themselves on challenging yet rewarding terrain.
