Alex & Lily's Hampton Ladies Triathlon

Set against the backdrop of Lakeview Park on June 13, 2027, the Aquatic Challenge offers participants an exhilarating mix of aquatic and cycling events. The main attraction is the Triathlon, where athletes dive into a 400-meter swim in crystal-clear waters before tackling a challenging 20-kilometer bike ride through scenic trails. The race concludes with a spirited 5K run along the lakeshore, offering stunning views at every turn.
For those who prefer to leave out the cycling leg but still enjoy a rigorous challenge, the Duathlon beckons with its unique blend of running and biking. Participants start with a 2.5-kilometer jog followed by an intense 20-kilometer bike ride before finishing strong on foot for another 2.5 kilometers.
The Aquarun is designed for those who want to focus purely on swim and run disciplines, kicking off with the same refreshing 400-meter pool entry as in the Triathlon, transitioning seamlessly into a scenic 5K running route around Lakeview Park's picturesque paths.
For an even more specialized challenge, there’s the Aquabike event. This thrilling competition starts underwater before riders take to the open road for the bike portion of their journey, experiencing both aquatic and land-based excitement in equal measure.
Junior athletes aged 16-19 can also join a scaled-down version of the Triathlon, while younger participants aged 14-15 have an exclusive Youth category featuring shorter distances. Both junior events provide a platform for young talents to showcase their skills without breaking the bank—both are offered at no cost.
Each event promises not just physical exertion but a celebration of endurance and teamwork among fellow athletes in Lakeview Park's vibrant atmosphere.
