Participants are required to bring their own cups due to environmental considerations. For those seeking shorter but equally engaging routes, the event features two nature runs: a 16-kilometer course starting at 9:30 AM and a more compact 9-kilometer option beginning an hour later. Both of these races also include one loop with hydration stations offering only liquids, emphasizing self-sufficiency. Registration fees vary based on race distance—€18 for the trail event, €14 for the 16km run, and €9 for the 9km course—and all participants must present a valid license or up-to-date PPS (Personal Protection Services). The races are open to juniors through veterans. In addition to these adult competitions, families can enjoy two children's events. At 11:30 AM, the Guignennaise des Petits Champions invites young athletes aged between 2020 and 2014 for a playful introduction to track and field skills over distances of up to 700 meters.
