Trail et Foulees de la St Martin

Experience the beauty of Bains-en-Vallée at the Parcours de Semnon Race Weekend. This unique event offers runners four distinct courses through picturesque countryside and charming villages, each with its own charm and challenges.
Start your day with a 12km Course Nature or Marche Nordique trail. The nature course is 80% trails and paths, including some private sections that are particularly scenic. Expect a total ascent of about 200 meters. For those preferring the Nordic walking experience, this route offers an 80% trail percentage with similar elevation gains.
For more seasoned runners, the 27km Trail Court course is not to be missed. Covering approximately 15 kilometers through private and public trails, you'll encounter a total ascent of around 450 meters. This race promises an exhilarating journey through varied landscapes, perfect for your next challenge.
In the heart of Bains-en-Vallée, the Urban Course offers a mix of 8.5km paths and roads with just under 150 meters in elevation gain. Ideal for those who enjoy urban settings combined with natural elements, this course is sure to provide an engaging experience.
For younger runners, there are special events designed specifically for them: Baby (400m), Eveils (700m), Poussins (1.4km), Benjamins (2.5km), and Minimes (4km). Each category has its own start time to ensure a smooth race day.
All races will begin from the Salle des Sports du Chêne Vert, located at rue du Chêne Vert in Bains-en-Vallée. Parking is available at Lycée Jean Brito for those driving. For drier conditions, it's recommended to wear trail shoes; however, if rain falls, you'll still have a memorable race.
Participants can expect to contribute positively by having 1€ per participant donated to an unspecified charity. Additionally, bring your own cup for water stations along the route. Inscriptions will take place on-site and cost €2 for children under 18 years old; all proceeds will benefit another undefined association.

Mark your calendars for November 15th at Salle des Sports du Chêne Vert, where you can pick up your race number between 7:00 AM and 8:55 AM for the 27km Trail Court, from 8:00 AM to 9:10 AM for Marche Nordique, from 8:30 AM to 9:55 AM for the 12km Course Nature, and from 9:00 AM to 10:10 AM for the Urban Course.
