Zealand Coast2Coast 2027

Embark on an unforgettable journey across the Danish island of Zealand with the Zealand Coast2Coast 2027. This unique ultramarathon spans 130 kilometers from Røsnæs Lighthouse to Nordhavn, Copenhagen, challenging runners to cover this distance over 24 hours and through 24 distinct stages.
Participants will experience Sjælland like never before, with each stage offering a new landscape or urban setting. The race weaves through picturesque coastal towns, rural villages, and bustling cityscapes, making every kilometer unique. Along the way, runners are greeted at various checkpoints where they can refuel and restock on supplies.
While individual effort is crucial, this event thrives on camaraderie. Runners form a collective community that shares in each other’s triumphs and challenges throughout the grueling yet rewarding journey. The live timing system keeps participants engaged as their cumulative times are tracked against others', adding an element of competition to the communal spirit.
The race culminates with runners crossing the finish line at Nordhavn, Copenhagen, where the overall winner is determined based on total elapsed time. Last year's record stands at 11 hours and 23 minutes, setting a high bar for this edition’s contenders. Will anyone break it in August?
Beyond the physical challenge, Zealand Coast2Coast offers an immersive experience with its scenic routes, cultural encounters, and supportive atmosphere. It is more than just a race; it's an adventure through Denmark’s heartland.
