For those looking to tackle a slightly shorter but equally challenging course, the 32K race offers an impressive elevation gain of around 1400 meters across its 33.5-kilometer route. With approximately 2000 participants expected on this course, runners will experience a mix of technical trails and scenic vistas as they navigate their way to Qingzhiqu.
The third option is the 20K race, which attracts around 1500 competitors eager for an intense yet manageable challenge over its 20.5-kilometer distance with about 710 meters in elevation gain. Registration for the event opened on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM and closed on August 5, 8:00 PM with entries managed via a lottery system. The results of the draw were announced on August 19th at 11:00 AM, allowing those who did not secure a spot to receive a full refund.
