On November 22, 2026, runners will gather at the picturesque town of Jing Shan in Hangzhou's Yuhang District for the Jing Shan Mountain Trail Race. The race offers two challenging courses: a 30K 'Explore Path' route and a 20K 'Seek Path' course. Both routes wind through lush bamboo forests and tea fields, evoking centuries of cultural heritage.
The 30K course covers an actual distance of 30.5 kilometers with over 1900 meters of elevation gain, while the 20K route spans 19.6 kilometers with a cumulative climb of 1200 meters. Both courses feature iconic landmarks such as the ancient Zen Tea Path and Jing Shan's Five Peaks, culminating near an altitude of nearly 800 meters.
Participants will traverse historic sites like the Tang Dynasty-era Jing Shan Wan Shou Temple and pass by scenic spots including Four Ridge Reservoirs. The race immerses runners in a trail that connects modern athleticism with ancient spirituality, offering breathtaking views at every turn.
