RTC Run for Valor 5K

Join us for our 2nd annual RTC Run for Valor 5K, taking place at Reston Town Center on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 8:00am. This event is more than just a race—it’s an opportunity to come together in support of the men and women who have served our country. All proceeds will benefit Soldiers' Angels, a 501©(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing aid, comfort, and resource to the military and veteran community. By participating, you'll not only enjoy a fun and energizing run through Reston Town Center, but you'll also make a direct impact in the lives of veterans and their families. In addition to your registration, you'll find a link to donate directly to Soldiers' Angels and support their incredible work championing hunger relief, inspiring hope, and strengthening morale for military service members, veterans, and their families. 

This race is hosted by BXP in honor of our Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG), Valor. Valor’s mission is to embrace BXP’s community of employee veterans and allies by supporting, connecting, and sharing knowledge. The group leverages shared unique experiences to advance veteran recruitment, career development, community engagement, and professional growth. Through this race, Valor aims to engage with the Reston Town Center community—both veterans and allies alike—to foster connection and promote veterans’ professional development.

The race is hosted in partnership with Microsoft and their Military at Microsoft Employee Resource Group.

Registration fee is $35 through race day. 

Participants will receive a race shirt. 

Packet pick up will be in the PR Run and Walk Store at Reston Town Center (11911 Democracy Dr. Reston, VA 20190) on Tuesday, November 10, from 11am-7pm. 

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers.
