View Church Fun Run

Join us on January 30, 2027, for the inaugural View Church Fun Run at Tygerberg High School, where breathtaking views of Table Mountain provide the perfect backdrop to this community-driven fundraising event. Supporting the Ravensmead Learning Centre's mission to enhance children’s learning and development in the area, participants can look forward to a rewarding day filled with camaraderie and scenic beauty.
The race offers two routes: a 5km solo run starting at 8:15 AM, and a longer 10km option for both individual runners and relay teams of two who will split the distance. Every finisher receives a commemorative medal to celebrate their achievement, while Discovery Vitality members can earn extra points by participating.
Team spirit is encouraged with relay team entries available for those looking to challenge friends or family in a unique 10km format. Late registration on race day at Tygerberg High School’s rugby field from 7:00 AM ensures no one misses out, and the event concludes with prize giving where podium winners and lucky draw participants can claim their rewards.
Experience the vibrant atmosphere of this meaningful run as you contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying Cape Town's iconic mountain views.
