About the event
The Devonbosch Mile invites swimmers to explore the serene beauty of Stellenbosch's Devonbosch on February 27, 2027. This open-water swim celebrates adventure and community spirit as participants glide through pristine waters surrounded by scenic landscapes. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event offers an inspiring experience in one of South Africa’s most picturesque settings. Join fellow swimmers for the Double Mile (3.2km), Mile (1.6km), or Half Mile (800m) events and enjoy support from family and friends who can cheer you on along the shore. Upon completion, every participant will receive a commemorative finisher's medal to mark their achievement. Additionally, swimmers have the chance to earn Discovery Vitality Points for enhanced health benefits. Register at the Dragonfly Tri gazebo starting Saturday, February 27th from 6:30 AM and start your adventure with us.
