Valhalla Canicross Challenge
About the event
Dive into the rugged beauty of Mariager Fjord for an unparalleled test of endurance at the Valhalla Canicross Challenge. This two-day spectacle, hosted by K9 Runners Mariager, invites dog and handler teams to showcase their strength and bond across challenging terrain.
On both Saturday and Sunday, participants face a grueling course that winds through dense forests, rolling hills, and pristine nature trails near Himmerlandsgården in Hadsund. The event features various classes including the DCF Dog Series on Saturday for members of Danish Canicross Federation clubs, allowing them to earn points towards their series standings.
For those eager to push themselves further, signing up for the 2-day class offers a chance to compete consecutively over both days and automatically qualifies participants in the DCF Dog Series. The Fenris (Canicross Short) race is also available separately on each day, providing flexibility for solo or combined day participation.
Join this invigorating challenge where every step through the lush landscape strengthens the unbreakable connection between human and canine companions.
The event promises a rewarding experience with breathtaking scenery and a celebration of teamwork and determination.
