Ultranza Trail

On September 12, 2027, the Val-David–Val-Morin Regional Park will transform into an epicenter of trail running excellence with the 16th edition of Ultranza Trail. Nestled within the picturesque Far Hills sector, this event offers a diverse range of distances to cater to runners of all levels and backgrounds.
Participants can choose from seven different race options: 50 km, 30 km, 20 km, 10 km, 5 km, 2.5 km, and 1 km courses that wind through the stunning autumn foliage and rugged terrain of the Laurentian Mountains. Each route offers a unique blend of challenging ascents and descents, scenic trails, and breathtaking views that will leave runners with memories to cherish long after crossing the finish line.
The atmosphere at Ultranza Trail is one of camaraderie and community spirit. Runners are encouraged to share their experiences along the way as they encounter fellow participants offering words of encouragement or simply enjoying the natural beauty around them. The event celebrates not just individual achievement but also teamwork, with a new addition this year: the Solidarity Miles relay race.
The Solidarity Miles invites teams of five runners to complete a series of 1 km loops in succession, fostering an environment where speed and strategy are as important as support and unity. This unique format allows participants from various backgrounds—friends, family members, coworkers—to come together for a common cause while raising funds for the Halte Alimentaire de Val-Morin.
For companies looking to enhance team building efforts or promote healthy lifestyles among employees, Ultranza offers an exclusive BUSINESS AVANTAGE program designed specifically for corporate teams. This initiative provides organizations with opportunities to strengthen their workforce’s cohesion and commitment through a shared sporting challenge that also contributes positively to the local community.
Registration transfers and race distance changes must be finalized by August 28, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time for logistical reasons. Ultranza Trail promises an unforgettable day of running in one of Canada’s most scenic locations, inviting you to experience more than just a race but also a celebration of nature and community spirit.
Join us on September 12, 2027, at the start line to embrace the vibrant atmosphere, stunning scenery, and supportive environment that makes Ultranza Trail an event not to be missed.
