Experience the cooler autumn climate as you navigate through a picturesque course certified by the Fédération québécoise d’athlétisme in Verdun, Quebec. The scenic route is not only stunning but also qualifies participants for prestigious marathons like Boston's.
Start your day early with the Shake Out Activation at 7:00 AM featuring live music from a mobile DJ on bicycle, free for the first 250 registrants to get you pumped up before the race begins. The marathon and half-marathon kick off at 7:30 AM, offering runners four laps around the loop.
Throughout the day, enjoy performances by Verdun's Wind Orchestra Brass Ensemble from 9:00 AM to 11:05 AM, adding a musical backdrop to your run or walk. A fun-filled Mega Zumba session led by Daisy at 9:45 AM is another highlight for those looking to stretch their legs in between races.
Catch the intergenerational events starting at 10:30 AM with the 10km and then at 11:00 AM with the 5km race, both offering a mix of competitive spirit and community camaraderie. The day concludes with awards ceremonies recognizing top finishers in various categories.
