TRIATHLON DE HAUTE VILAINE pays de Vitré 2027

Join the 7th edition of the Triathlon Club de Vitré on May 16, 2027, for an exhilarating day of competition and camaraderie. The race offers three distinct categories: M (1500m swim / 40km bike / 10km run), L (1880m swim / 83.8km bike / 19km run), and XS (380m swim / 13.5km bike / 2.2km run). Each category features individual races as well as relay options for teams of two or three.
Competitors will navigate scenic routes that showcase the beauty of Vitré, from a refreshing dip in open waters to challenging road and trail sections on the cycling leg. The event includes official timing and classifications for all participants, with drafting prohibited except during the XS category where it is allowed but without draft aids like tri-bars or aero helmets.
For safety and enjoyment, organizers recommend carpooling due to limited parking at the nautical base in Vitré. All athletes must provide either a valid 2027 FFTRI license plus pass competition purchase confirmation or a medical certificate proving fitness for competitive triathlon within one year of race day. Younger participants under 18 will need parental authorization.
The event promises an inspiring atmosphere with plenty of support along the route and refreshments available at designated areas post-race. Don't miss this chance to push your limits in a picturesque setting, surrounded by fellow athletes celebrating their passion for triathlon.
