About the Event

On Saturday, November 21, 2026, Le Club Akro Bitum hosts the Trail Nocturne de Chevanceaux, an exhilarating night race through the woods and trails surrounding this picturesque commune. Participants can choose between two challenging routes: a 13-kilometer course or a more demanding 18-kilometer option. Both courses wind through rugged terrain featuring over 90% off-road paths, including forested areas and scenic countryside.
The elevation gain for the shorter route is approximately 170 meters while the longer trail climbs to an impressive 250 meters in total ascent. The race offers a unique opportunity to explore Chevanceaux's natural beauty under the cover of darkness with mandatory headlamps or chest-mounted lights ensuring safety and visibility throughout.
In addition, there’s also a family-friendly walking event covering about 10 kilometers that follows parts of both trail courses but at a more leisurely pace. This walk is open to all ages and provides an excellent way for spectators and supporters to experience the atmosphere without competing against time constraints.
Both races are open to licensed runners as well as non-licensed participants with proof of sports insurance valid for less than one year. For minors wishing to participate, parental consent will be required. Join Le Club Akro Bitum in celebrating this exciting night out on the trails!
