TRAIL by Apiruntour

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Rennes' forest at Liffré's Parc Pierre Rouzel on April 17, 2027. The Dépassement de Soi race offers a diverse range of events for runners and families alike, from challenging trails to fun-filled children’s races.
The day kicks off with the "Défi infini," where participants tackle a 7.7km loop in the forest up until sunset. This endurance event features hilly terrain with 52 meters of elevation gain and stretches along bituminous paths for two kilometers, testing runners' limits while encouraging camaraderie.
Children’s races include an athletic awakening course for kids born between 2017-2019 at 10:00 AM, followed by a more extensive run for those aged 6 to 8 years old in the afternoon.
The trail events start with shorter distances like the L'Othentik 5km and Plakers distance (both open to younger athletes), leading up to the challenging SAB Distance of 17 kilometers on Sunday morning, designed for more experienced runners.
After a day filled with races, enjoy live music from DJs in the evening while refueling at food trucks and enjoying beverages provided by Ouest Boissons. The event emphasizes sustainability, inviting participants to bring their reusable cups and encouraging eco-friendly practices throughout the weekend.
With easy access via A84 and on-site parking available, this race offers something for everyone—from competitive athletes pushing themselves through tough trails to families looking for a fun day out in nature. Don’t miss your chance to experience Dépassement de Soi!
