About the event
Set against the stunning backdrop of Saint-Vincent Sur Oust in Brittany, Le Tiken Trail offers runners an exhilarating journey through nature. Nestled within Île aux Pies, participants will traverse the grand valley of the Oust River and venture towards the Nantes to Brest Canal, encountering dramatic rocky cliffs along the way. The event embodies the spirit of "Tiken": a blend of running and fun for all levels.
Six race categories cater to seasoned athletes as well as casual runners seeking enjoyment in this picturesque setting. Additionally, three Ti’courses are designed specifically for children, providing them with an exciting introduction to trail racing. For families looking to participate together, the Tiken Relais offers a unique team challenge between parents and kids.
The course is peppered with festive animations and some acrobatic obstacles that add to the adventure. After completing their runs, participants gather around refreshments and enjoy live music in a communal celebration of achievement and camaraderie.
