Stand & Deliver

Stand & Deliver, set for May 22, 2027, invites trail runners to test their endurance and determination within the serene surroundings of The Dell on the Bereleigh Estate near Petersfield, Hampshire. This challenging yet scenic 4.2-mile loop offers a picturesque backdrop as participants aim to complete as many laps as possible in either six or twelve hours.
The event features three distinct formats: the traditional 12-hour challenge and a shorter 6-hour option for those seeking a more compact test of stamina. Additionally, there's an intriguing Backyard Ultra format where solo runners start a new loop each hour, pushing their limits until they can no longer keep up with the relentless pace.
Set against rolling farmland and ancient woodland within the Meon Valley, Stand & Deliver is not just about distance but also about strategy and teamwork. Runners are encouraged to manage their efforts wisely as they navigate varied terrain that includes sweeping vistas of the South Downs.
Participants will collect race bibs from registration at 07:00 on event day and can start running at 08:00, with optional camping available for those who want to make a weekend out of it. Campers enjoy access to hot showers, flushing toilets, and other amenities within walking distance of the event.
Fuel up before your run or cheer from the sidelines with breakfast options like bacon rolls and freshly brewed coffee at Event HQ starting early on Saturday morning. Afternoons bring wood-fired pizzas and drinks for all participants and spectators alike.
Whether you're tackling this course solo or alongside friends, Stand & Deliver promises a unique blend of challenge and camaraderie amidst natural beauty. Will you stand up to the task?
