SEASON 3 WILD HYBRID SURREY - ALICE HOLT FOREST

Nestled within Surrey's serene landscape, Alice Holt Forest offers runners a unique blend of nature and adventure with its Wild Hybrid race. Spanning 250 hectares, this woodland provides an extensive network of trail paths that wind through dense forests and open meadows.
The event takes place near the Visitor Centre, where participants can access two distinct routes: a shorter 1km course for those looking to explore or warm up, and a more challenging 5km route for runners seeking additional miles. The terrain varies from flat trails along the forest edges to slightly elevated paths that offer glimpses of lush greenery.
Runners will be notified one week prior to the event via email about their specific start time, which can fall anywhere between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on June 26, 2027. This flexible schedule allows participants to plan according to their personal preferences or other commitments.
Throughout the race, live chip timing ensures accurate results for all competitors. Upon crossing the finish line, runners will be rewarded with unique merchandise from event sponsors, making it a memorable experience beyond just the physical challenge.
For those who wish to celebrate their achievement further, podium positions in each standard (RX) category are awarded flags that are mailed out post-event. Additionally, parking is available at an event rate and can be paid directly at the venue upon arrival.
Spectators are encouraged to join and witness this celebration of athleticism amidst nature’s beauty. Event photography will also be provided by partners after the race for those who want to capture their moment in time.
