What is included with your $10 Registration?
Your Registration gets you a branded Sauna Gang Sauna Hat and knowing that you willl be helping those in need as well as a 1 Mile warm up walk on the run course, then move to a GTX style workout (about 1 hour, all skill levels ok) A session in the traveling Sauna Van with the Cold plunge after- if you dare. An instructor led Stretch Yoga Session. Then a Healthy Lunch BBQ Plate, drinks and refreshments alongside THE EQUALIZER State Championship Gravel Bike Race in Marthasville MO!
Donate if you like, (not necessary) Sign up for $10 and get your banded Sauna Gang hat locked down and get that email in there so we can get you the in person deets once we settle on a date and location for the Sauna Gang Party!
