On the morning before Thanksgiving, lace up your running shoes and join us for an uplifting community tradition. The proceeds from this race will go directly toward supporting Shop with a Cop, a heartwarming initiative that brings together Jefferson County's first responders to provide underprivileged children with a memorable Christmas shopping experience.
This year marks another incredible milestone in the program’s success, as more than 550 kids across grades K–6 received $150 each to shop at Walmart. The event is coordinated by over 30 local law enforcement and emergency services agencies who volunteer their time to ensure that every child feels special during this festive season.
Race day offers runners a scenic route through the charming streets of Jefferson County, where you'll witness firsthand how your participation helps make dreams come true for young beneficiaries. Registration before November 11 guarantees that participants will receive either a long sleeve shirt or short sleeve shirt, both of which serve as mementos from your contribution to such a meaningful cause. Join us in creating an even greater impact for the Shop with a Cop program this year!
