Under the concept 'From Kagoshima! A road run with hope in your heart,' this race lets you feel the charm of Kagoshima while running past the majestic scenery of Kinko Bay and Sakurajima, Tenmonkan (southern Kyushu's premier entertainment district), Meiji Japan's industrial revolution heritage sites, and the statue of Saigo Takamori. This edition is packed with special 'Saigo-don' programming. Entry fees: Marathon: [Early Bird] Aug 7-31, 42.195km ¥14,000; [AoHaru Discount] limited to 1,200 runners age 25 or under on race day, ¥13,000; 5-person team entry ¥65,000. Fun Run: 8.9km ¥6,000
