Refunds are available up to four weeks before the event start date, with deferrals possible until two weeks prior. Note that deferred entries cannot be refunded for subsequent races.

Support from crew members is permitted, but no on-course support runners are allowed. Runners assume all risks associated with their participation, including environmental challenges like weather changes, uneven terrain, and potential encounters with wildlife. All participants must be over 18 years of age and agree to waive liability for any claims arising from the event.
Photographs taken during the race may be used by Bys Vyken Events for promotional purposes under data protection guidelines outlined on our website. Should severe weather conditions arise as per The Met Office warnings, the race organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In cases where a virtual run is not feasible due to landowner restrictions, refunds will be issued.
