Timings:
- 08:30–09:30 - Optional litter pick with Plastic Free Exmouth
- 09:00 - Race number collection opens, baggage drop starts
- 10:15 - Registration closes
- 10:25 - Pre-race briefing begins
- 10:30 - The race kicks off
Awards will be given to male and female runners in the following categories:
- Overall first three places
- Age category prizes (where applicable)
