Rallye Raid Hogsback 2027

Embark on an adrenaline-fueled adventure at the 10th edition of Rallye Raid Hogsback, set against the backdrop of South Africa's picturesque Eastern Cape mountains. This year’s event returns to its beloved home base, Arminel Lodge, nestled in the heart of Hogsback and surrounded by lush native forests. The hotel offers both luxurious rooms and self-catering cottages with stunning views of the Amatola Mountains.
Rallye Raid 2027 features three distinct route options catering to all levels of adventure bikers:
- RR1 challenges seasoned riders with technical single-track trails winding through dense forest and over rocky terrain. Ideal for big twins equipped with knobblies, this route offers thrilling escapades in the Amatola forests.

- RR2, designed for less experienced riders, provides a mix of scenic district roads and more forgiving escape routes around RR1’s tougher sections.
- New to the lineup is RR3, featuring 100% district roads with no single-track elements. Perfect for pillion riders or those seeking an easier off-road experience while still enjoying breathtaking scenery.
Each day concludes at Arminel Lodge, where participants can unwind in the Chill Zone next to the pool, enjoy live music and delicious meals in the dining hall, and participate in lucky draws. Accommodation is based on entry order, with overflow lodging available nearby at hotels like Kings Hotel and May Lodge.
