Forest Boogie 2027

Embark on an adventure through the lush landscapes of Hogsback as the Red Cherry Forest Boogie returns for its third year. Nestled within the stunning Amatola Mountains, this two-day cycling extravaganza offers routes ranging from 45 to 50 kilometers that wind through jeep tracks and forestry roads, providing a scenic backdrop with minimal technical challenges. While it might sound like an easy ride, the elevation gain of nearly 1000 meters on the longer route adds a significant challenge for endurance cyclists. The shorter option at approximately 35 kilometers is equally captivating but slightly less demanding.
E-Bike enthusiasts are encouraged to join in and explore this breathtaking region. Accommodation options include camping under starlit skies or staying in local hotels, making it easy to tailor your experience based on personal preference. For those who simply want to ride without the hassle of accommodation arrangements, a Ride Only package is also available. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tranquility of Hogsback as you pedal through red cherry forests and verdant hills.
