Come and experience Hilton Head's culture and welcoming hospitality, marvel at its beautiful island scenery, and enjoy award-winning cycling and running while raising funds to support the most valuable asset we have, our children.
Pedal Hilton Head Island has been a cornerstone event for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry. Your participation supports our commitment to keep children on the path to academic success. Now in its 20th year, Pedal Hilton Head Island adds a second event for the weekend... a 5K run/walk at Lowcountry Celebration Park! Do one or both events all while raising funds for the kids who need us the most.
Rides for every level of cyclist give "pedalers" a chance to see Hilton Head Island, a Gold Level Bicycle Friendly Community. Routes feature some of the best vistas and communities in the Lowcountry. The 5K run explores the vibrant Coligny area. Enjoy post-activity food and fun!

Hilton Head Island is a resort town in Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States. It is a barrier island within the South Carolina Lowcountry, located 20 miles (32 km) northeast of Savannah, Georgia, and 95 miles (153 km) southwest of Charleston. The year-round population was 37,661 at the 2020 census, although during the peak of summer vacation season the population can swell to 150,000. It is the principal city of the Hilton Head Island metropolitan area, which had an estimated population of 232,523 in 2023.
