Nätra Fjällskogslopp

On August 7, 2027, Nätra Gif Ungdom will host the seventh edition of the Fjällskogsloppet. This annual race is part of their ongoing efforts to promote football among young people in and around Nätra.
The event starts approximately 400 meters down a forest road beginning near Hinnsjöstugan, where participants are greeted by an enchanting blend of natural beauty and challenging terrain. The route winds through dense forests with varying landscapes that include narrow paths and gravel roads. Runners will encounter several muddy stretches over marshy areas as they navigate the course.
Throughout the race, competitors pass numerous traditional Swedish mountain huts known as fäbodar, each offering a glimpse into rural life in Sweden’s countryside. The journey is punctuated by steep ascents followed by exhilarating descents that provide breathtaking views of Hinnsjön lake.
The Fjällskogsloppet promises an immersive experience for runners who will not only test their endurance but also enjoy the scenic and cultural elements unique to this part of Sweden.
