Miles for Migraine - Los Angeles 2026

On Saturday, November 21st, Miles for Migraine invites you to join its ninth annual Walk, Run & Relax Los Angeles event at Woodley Park. This fundraiser aims to support migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research by bringing together the local community.
The day features a timed 5K run along scenic routes in the park, offering runners an opportunity to experience challenging yet enjoyable terrain while contributing to a meaningful cause. Participants can also choose to take part in the casual 2-mile walk or simply relax at the festival area. Both the Walk and Relax events are free of charge but donations are highly encouraged.
The event promises more than just physical activity; it's a gathering place for those affected by migraines and headaches, providing an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from expert speakers in the field. Sponsors will be on hand throughout the day offering information and resources.
All participants who complete either the walk or run receive a finisher medal as a token of appreciation. Don't miss out on dressing up in purple for a chance at winning one of the fun prizes awarded to those showing their support through style.
Funds raised from this event will go towards Miles for Migraine's free programs and services, as well as supporting research initiatives at USC Keck Headache Center aimed at advancing local migraine treatment options. Join us for an inspiring day filled with community spirit, education, and fun.
Join the vibrant atmosphere of Woodley Park on November 21st to make a difference in the lives of those living with migraines and headaches.
