About the Event

The fourth edition of the Blaincourt 13K Trail Night Race returns, offering runners two challenging courses: a 7 km and a 13 km trail run, along with a scenic 13 km walk. Both routes are designed to test even the most seasoned night racers, featuring steep climbs, muddy terrain, slippery sections, and narrow paths that require excellent navigation skills under headlamp light.
Participants should expect an evening filled with adventure as they navigate through rugged trails illuminated only by their own front lights. The event is known for its lively atmosphere, where competitors share laughter and camaraderie despite the demanding conditions.
Race packets can be picked up at the town hall until 30 minutes before each race start time. For runners tackling the longer distance, the evening begins with a departure from the starting line at 6 PM; walkers have an earlier start at 1 PM.
While there are no aid stations along either course, participants will find hearty soup and sandwiches waiting for them upon crossing the finish line to refuel after their efforts.
