K-Geosang Trail Running Race

On November 21, 2026, runners will gather at Uiryeong Girls’ Middle School for an exhilarating trail running adventure through the rugged mountain paths of Uiryeong County in Gyeongsangnam-do. The race offers three distinct courses: a challenging 27K route and a slightly shorter but equally scenic 19K option, both featuring precise timing to capture every runner's performance. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, there is also a picturesque 5K course through the local trails.
The event promises breathtaking views of rolling hills and dense forests as participants navigate winding paths that wind their way up steep inclines and down rocky descents. The terrain varies from well-trodden mountain tracks to narrower footpaths that offer glimpses into the natural beauty of this part of South Korea.
Local residents and preschool children can enjoy a KRW 5,000 refund upon verification at the event site, making it an inclusive experience for all members of the community. With a capacity limit of 700 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, early registration is recommended to secure your spot in this unforgettable race.
Organized by the Gyeongnam Tourism Organization and supported by local municipalities including Jinju and Uiryeong County, this event celebrates both athletic achievement and the stunning natural landscape of South Korea.
