Since its inception in 2011, the Jingle Bell Jog (JBJ) has become an integral part of the holiday season at Upper Dublin High School. Set to take place on December 5, 2026, this year's event promises a festive and engaging experience for participants. The main attraction is the 5K run/walk that winds through scenic routes around the school grounds. This course offers runners a mix of flat terrain with some gentle inclines, providing both challenge and enjoyment as they navigate past familiar landmarks and holiday decorations. Joining the 5K are enthusiastic walkers who can participate in the 2K fun walk, designed to be accessible for all ages and abilities. Proceeds from this year's Jingle Bell Jog will benefit two important causes: the Upper Dublin Girls Lacrosse team and Morgan’s Message. The proceeds for the lacrosse team support their training programs and equipment needs, while contributions to Morgan’s Message help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health among student-athletes. This event not only promotes physical activity but also fosters a sense of community and social responsibility. Participants are encouraged to register by November 14th to ensure they receive a commemorative t-shirt in their preferred size.
